Hey Sandlotters , Please mark you calendars for tomorrow evening, Tuesday August 2nd at 5:00 for another Sandlot Sign up evening and fellowship . We would love for everyone to join us whether you have signed up , are going to sign up or even if your not going to sign up .
Season is getting closer and both Shelby and I are real anxious for fall ball . I want to thank all of the sandlotters who have come out to assist me in getting the field ready. We put down Bermuda grass Saturday and know we want yall to pray for soft, steady rain.
Sponsorship - The Sandlot is a community and family program and we will not turn away athletes due to financial concerns . If anyone would like to sponsor and athlete or knows any business' that would like to sponsor our program please let either Shelby or I know .
Athletes wanted - please take the time to tell your friends and neighbors about our program and have them contact us with any questions . Now is the time I am really pounding the streets to get the word out about this awesome program WE ALL have built. Our goal is still 150 athletes for the fall season and right now we are at 47 confirmed athletes. Our wiffle ball program is also a program we are trying to push so please remember this when talking with others .
